1. Register with the Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA)

  • Visit: OneStop.md.gov

  • Create an account and complete the Adult Patient Registration.

  • Upload:

    • Proof of Maryland residency (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement).

    • A clear, recent photo of yourself.
