Yes, we have our own free parking lot with 10 parking spaces. You can enter the parking lot via University Blvd, and you can access the back side of the parking lot by driving through the drive thru lanes.
Please refer to the Medical Patients page for instructions on obtaining a medical card. Maryland dispensaries do not accept medical marijuana cards from other states at this time. Reciprocity, which allows the use of medical marijuana cards from other states, is not currently offered in Maryland’s medical cannabis program.
Yes, cannabis in Maryland is legal for medical use and recreational use.
Like tobacco and alcohol, the legal purchase age for cannabis in Maryland is 21 or older. Valid, government-ID (driver’s license, passport) is required at the point-of-sale. Patients that have a medical card may also purchase from licensed dispensaries.
This amount is up to 1.5 ounces of flower (pre-packaged flower and pre-rolls), 12 grams of concentrates (vapes, wax, shatter, budder, resin), or 750 mg of THC (edible gummies, chocolates, beverages, capsules, tinctures). If you are a medical patient, your medical cannabis provider may certify you for more or less than the standard amount based on your individual needs.
No. Adults 21+ can use cannabis in private homes and private property. However, landlords and management companies can prohibit cannabis use. If you rent, be sure to read your rental agreement. Most hotels do not permit guests to smoke cannabis in their rooms. Ask the hotel reception desk about their policy. If you stay in vacation rental, check with the property owner about their rules for your stay.
